Pumpkin Pie Martini
Thanksgiving is here! I’ve shaken up a new recipe to help with the festivities- the Pumpkin Pie Martini. And bonus, it includes a recipe for pumpkin spiced eggnog. Aren't you lucky to be in on such a secret!
2.5 oz. D&S Delgado White Rum
2 oz. organic pumpkin spiced eggnog (recipe below)*
*To make organic pumpkin spiced eggnog, use a large mason jar and add equal parts of organic pumpkin spiced creamer, milk and eggnog. Add a pinch of organic cinnamon. Replace the cap on the jar and give it a good shake!
1. Rim martini glass with cinnamon sugar and set aside.
2. Fill shaker tin with ice.
3. Add rum and pumpkin spiced eggnog.
4. Shake well and strain into martini glass.
This is seriously SO GOOD. You’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving for a while to come. Pro tip: Goes great with leftovers!
